Throughout his career, he has contributed to establishing and developing several organizational units and departments, enhancing institutional efficiency and strengthening compliance and governance practices.

He has held several leadership positions, most notably serving as Director of Internal Audit, where he led audit teams, supervised the execution of audit plans, developed operational policies and procedures, and contributed to improving institutional performance through high-quality analytical reports that support decision-making.

He has also worked in various development, compliance, and intellectual awareness roles, playing a key role in establishing and managing important organizational units, including:

• Compliance Unit, focusing on institutional compliance monitoring and development.

• School Development Unit, leading improvement and educational development initiatives.

• Intellectual Awareness Unit, managing large-scale awareness programs within the education sector.
